The Deputy Secretary-General of the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Southern Transitional Council, Mr. Fadl Mohammad Al-Jaadi, met on Sunday, the executive assisting body of the Council for the affairs of the districts of valley and desert of Hadramout.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Mohammad Jaafar bin Sheikh Abu Bakr, Chairman of the Executive Authority of the Council’s Local Leadership in Hadramout Governorate, in which the Deputy Secretary-General welcomed the attendees, congratulating them on the advent of the blessed Eid al-Fitr, and praising at the same time the role of the local leadership of the Council throughout the governorate of Hadramout, especially for the importance of this governorate and its strategic and political assets.
Al-Jaadi said: “The power of Hadramout is not easy, and it has proven that it is biased towards the choice of its people in freedom and independence, and it has paid and is still a great price for its positions, in which our cause is fateful and we will not deviate from it.”
The Deputy Secretary-General reminded of the martyrs who died in defense of freedom and dignity, waving the flag of the state of the South, in the face of a huge machine of oppression and terror.
Al-Jaadi emphasized that the Transitional Council attaches great importance to this governorate, through which it is keen to establish security and stability in it, and that it will not waste the blood of the martyrs and the sacrifices of the wounded until the fulfillment of what they sacrificed for it.
In their turn, Dr. Mohammad Jaafar bin Sheikh Abu Bakr, and Sheikh Saleh bin Salem Al-Amoudi, Head of the Executive Assisting Authority for the Affairs of the Valley and Desert districts of Hadramout, valued the interest of the political leadership represented by President Aidaroos Al-Zubaidi, the President of the Southern Transitional Council, and his special concern for Hadramout Governorate, expressing their appreciation for the meeting and warm welcome of Mr. Fadl Al-Jaadi, Deputy Secretary-General, to them.
The meeting discussed the tasks entrusted to the executive assisting body for the affairs of the districts of the valley and desert of Hadramout, and the rest of the local leaderships in Hadramout governorate, and ways of developing their performance as required by the current and future stages.
After that the members of the executive assisting body for the affairs of the districts of the valley and desert of Hadramout, and the heads of the departments therein, visited the General Secretariat departments, each according to his specialty, and looked closely at the workflow therein.
