Awad bin Mohammed Abdullah Al-Awlaki to carry out his duties, stressing that Shabwa governorate opens a new page with this appointment, to lift the injustice and suffering that was hidden during the rule of the Brotherhood authority, which harnessed its organs and wealth to serve the agendas of the forces of influence and corruption, and depriving its sons of it.

It also stressed the need to achieve full partnership in managing the foreign policy that is monopolized by influential parties in the authority of Yemeni legitimacy, calling for putting on the negotiating table the proposals of the committee charged with addressing the conditions of the southern diplomatic cadres who have been excluded from their work since the war of the summer of 94, which was formed by the decision of Yemeni President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, before authorities of power stopped implementing what the committee proposed to address this problem.
